Welcome to California Hobby's New Shopping Cart!

This tutorial will show you how to set yourself up so that you can use this new shopping cart.

Note: if you have already done these steps, then just enter in your email and password in the login page.

This is what you will need to get started:

1. Your California Hobby customer number
2. Your company's main telephone number
3. A recent invoice number from California Hobby

What's New?

• A more consistent look thoughout the site
• The ability to reload an order that was lost from a previous session
• The ability to quickly put items in the cart if you already know the part number
• See your frequently ordered items on one page and order from that page
• Immediate confirmation of your order via email once you submit your order
• Other small improvements

Step 1:

Click the LOGIN button as shown, or Click Login on the top right of the page.

Step 2:

Click the ACTIVATE button as shown.

Step 3:

Fill in your customer number, phone number and recent invoice number. (Note: on the invoice number, prepend the number with a "1-". Example, it the invoice number is 123456, then enter 1-123456. Then click ACTIVATE

Step 4:

If you are a contact already associated to your customer number, then select your email address, otherwise click NEW CONTACT to set yourself up.

Step 5:

You will be asked to provide your name, email address and password to access this site.

Step 6:

Using the left navigation bar, select the categories and put items in the cart.

Note: If you have pending orders, you will see it on the My Account page

Step 7: Checkout

1. Once all items are in the cart, click on Checkout.
2. Review Cart. Update Items in cart if necessary. When satisfied, click Proceed With Checkout.
3. Select a ship to address. Add additional ship to address if different than one shown.
4. Confirm ship to address. Reselect if necessary. Click Proceed With Checkout if address is correct.
5. Once all items are in the cart, click on Checkout.
6. Payment and terms information will be shown. Click I agree to terms to conitinue.
7. Final review of order is now shown. Enter a PO number if applicable and any special instructions for the order if necessary.
8. Click Confirm and Place Order to complete order. An email will be sent immediately to your email address.
