The 1940 Ford convertible is one of the most impressive
automobiles of the pre-war era. Coveted by car customizers,
hunted for by hot rod builders and much envied by car enthusiasts
everywhere… Few automobiles can be considered more “classic”
than a 1940 Ford! With it’s high flat-topped hood dominating the
front look and it’s wide spread grille, the 1940 was the last
year of the 1937-40 iconic design series. Early stock car and
dirt track drivers also preferred Fords of this generation to
many of its detroit competitors. This convertible version offers
a kit in hand-sized 1/32 scale.
